hey nobody, now that people are getting the hang of it, I would suggest a family Christmas present of an upgraded board. I have the same broadcast as you, and after surfing on a couple of inlands, I can't wait to upgrade. I think more capability for tricks and variations keeps interest up. That board will cruise ok, but then it is so slow, you can't do much with it, imo.

Beyond that I know very little. I'm learning mostly from Ragboy's site. I have to make spots to mount the boards this winter.
Regarding lake depth. I really don't know of other deeper lakes around. Everything up near Brooksville dried up in the past decade.
