balast pump manifold for winterizing.

Hello,
What is the balast pump manifild??
do you run the antifreeze down the same vent that it comes out of??
I have winterized the motor and heater and shower but not the ballast before.
Please confirm where I put the antifreeze into.

What is the balast pump manifild?? it's what the fill pumps connect to to draw water from
do you run the antifreeze down the same vent that it comes out of?? This is one way to get some pink marine/rv antifreeze into the drain line, drain pump and tank. You can also feed the manifold and run the fill pumps to get the antifreeze into the tanks/sacs, then hit the drain pumps on for a few seconds. This method takes more pink marine/rv antifreeze, but works well.
