Just thinking in RZR and RZ2 in 2011 model. Anyone could tell me which is better price diff. is around US$12000 .
Main concern are equipment and handling
It will really depend on how big of a boat you want. I have not driven either but, usually a smaller boat will handle better. If Money were not an issue I would say go for the RZ2 but, I don't think you can make a wrong decision. My best advice would be to go test drive both and you will know which one is right for you.
The interior layout and pickle fork bow of my RZ2 make it seem like a much bigger boat than it is. I haven't seen one yet but I imagine Tige has used the same tricks on the RZR to make it seem bigger than it is. I was at my dealer for about 3 hours crawling in and around all the boats and it came down to the 24Ve and RZ2. I went back and forth sitting in every seat, opening up hatches and planning where all my stuff will go. I decided on the RZ2 because it gave me just a C-hair of less room in the back but a lot more in the bow and it was a little lighter so I could tow it easier. It also fit in my garage and the 24Ve would not.
I suspect you are going through the same thought process and it's a great problem to have! Go to a dealer who has both boats and take your time. Get out on the water on both and see how they handle and feel. Take your normal crew and gear and try to test both back to back.
The only non-subjective thing I can say is figure out where you want to store it. My new house has an oversized garage door and bay for the RZ2 but it would not fit in most standard garages on houses I was looking at. Take a tape measure and fold the tower with the boat on the trailer, measure the height, width and length of the boats on their trailers and plan where you want to keep them.
Also, please take pics of both boats if you can, especially the RZR and post them here. Most of us have not seen an RZR yet. I'm very curious to see a side by side pic of an RZR and RZ2. And take a few good interior shots as well.

Also, I would be less eager to jump into a new model of boat. Tige has had a few years to correct little kinks in the RZ2, whereas a new model may have some unanticipated issues.
What kind of lake will you be primarily boating on? Small private lake or larger public lake? If it's a public lake, I would go RZ2 and I agree with talltigeguy on the go as big as you can IF you are on a public lake.
Thank you for all of u. There is no demon boats in HK. Just very brief data from web material. No chance to have a test drive. I also believe go as big as possible to be more roommy
What time frame are you looking at? My dealer ordered a few R20 and RZ2s and I can try to get down there some weekend when they come in and I can take some pictures. I can't garuntee that will be soon though, might be a few weeks to a month or so.

I would go bigger as well. The surf wake should be bigger, the handling on the RZ2 is simply amazing, handles tight corners even with pro ballast fully sacced and people in it, I would say only factor would be size of garage and normal crew on boat. Maybe size of truck too. Check out weights of RZR.
