It was the prop. They just put a new one on and charged me $225. Then they sent mine out to get it fixed and they are just going to keep that one. I'm going out this weekend so I needed it done fast and they were awesome about it. They also repacked my shaft seal.

Here are a few links that might help you understand the whole process.
It sounds like you need to do this: After about one or two hours of running time, check the stuffing box for leakage, and make a final adjustment to attain minimum leakage. (There should be virtually no leakage.)
