It was the prop. They just put a new one on and charged me $225. Then they sent mine out to get it fixed and they are just going to keep that one. I'm going out this weekend so I needed it done fast and they were awesome about it. They also repacked my shaft seal.

WEEELLLLLL my shaft seal leaks really bad when just sitting in the water. According to the Tige Watersports they repacked my shaft seal. Is there anything that I can do? and should I get my money back?

From my understanding, even though they repacked it there is some adjustment that needs to get it right. I would call them back and explain the problem. They might even lake test it with you this time since you had a problem?

Haha I had to take a day off work to lake test it.

Here are a few links that might help you understand the whole process.

It sounds like you need to do this: After about one or two hours of running time, check the stuffing box for leakage, and make a final adjustment to attain minimum leakage. (There should be virtually no leakage.)

Mine is all brass. I have been tightening it but it is still letting on a lot of water.
