Z1 surf and wake board wake how is it?

It has a very wide beam and I have heard of several people that buy the Z1 to surf with. I guess its easy to weight and produces a very nice surf wake. I don't know about the wakeboard wake but I bet is very nice too. If it's a good size boat for you and you find a good deal on one I would not pass it up due to fears of a small wake. You should try to find one close buy and test drive it, see what it can do.2009 RZ2, PCM 343, MLA Surf Ballast, Premium Sound.

IMO, the Z1 has one of the best out-of-the-box surf wakes out there. Now, keep in mind, this was pre-factory "Surf Ballast" option now offered. Back when the Z1 had 800+ factory ballast and the Ve's had 900lbs.
Both boats produce great surf wakes, the main differences is that the Z1 likes bow weight more then the Ve.Mikes Liquid Audio: Knowledge Experience Customer Service you can trust-KICKER WetSounds ACME props FlyHigh Custom Ballast Clarion LiquidLumens LEDs Roswell Wave Deflector And More

I have an 09 Z1 with the factory ballast. The surf wake is pretty good although, I don't really have much for comparison and am new at surfing this year. The wakeboard wake is great. I have yet to fill up rear ballast when wakeboarding, may give it a shot soon as I am improving.Friends don't let friends POWERTURN
