    Fun day with the Wolters.

So we had a blast with the wolters on friday.

I made a video, you gotta watch, a few things to point out.

    1. RJ and Chris are really excelling with the flyboys.

    2. The RZ2 wake keeps pleasing, they loved it. Frank and Chris said it was the best wake they have ridden yet, and they just came back from Worlds.

    3. Frank is 325 lbs, and watch the video, how much room he has to play. This was all water ballast, no lead. About 1200 in rear corner, and 400 up front, and then about 800 in people weight.

    4. You MUST watch til the end and check out jessica surfing. She is actually starting to slack the rope, it was the coolest thing.

@Ragboy - Great video (as always). Despite some of the comments on WW and CentCrew, you have more credibility surrounding wake surfing than any of those posting. Your scientific, documented approach has helped many of us learn a lot about wake surfing in a very short period of time. Keep up the good work. It is appreciated by many of us on T.O.

R.J. better watch out...Jessica is progressing very quickly!!! That is awesome to see how far she has come.

thx, jessica wants it BAD. She was slacking the rope so much, what you don't see if Frank was in the boat, pulling in the rope, she just kept slacking it. And even though frank was pulling in the rope, she had to choke up on the rope herself, because that is how she sees all the big people on the boat learn. She is too funny.

@Ragboy How are you getting 1200 in the corner of the goofy side.

Tell Jess she is doing great! Maybe she can show me how to finish my 360 soon!

I had 250 in the hull tank, about 600-650 in a 750 sac, and 2 150 fat bricks on top of them. Couldn't quite close locker, but when I get the custom sac, it should hold that much. But you can see that wake, it was clean, and waist high on 6' Frank. He thought it was the best wake he has ever been on and he just came from worlds.

I'm telling you guys, the goofy wake on the RZ2 is so sexy with that pretty curl. I like it better than the regular. Rag, did you ever get to see the difference between the factory 600 in the back vs. your 1200? Is it worth the extra weight?

Yes, the stock pro system is good, but you have to have enough people weight. If you only have a family of 4, and everyone is in shape, its enough to get up and surf, but can't do much on it. When we did the tige review, we had a full boat, and so it worked pretty well.

My personal opinion, is if you replace the 350 top sac with at least about 750, which is only 400 more pounds more, that is a really good every day wake, very safe, not overloading when filling one side, not quite to rub rail depending on the number of people, etc. You would fill up front on that side all the way and the 750 in rear plus the 250 in hull.

For a more competition level wake, get about 1000 lbs in there, plus the in hull tank.

Unless you are going out as much as we do, or really hard up about your wake, the 750 will please just about everybody.

I think stock will only please a very casual wakesurfer, but still better than just about any stock boat I have seen. (pro ballast).

Great video! Looking forward to taking you up on the offer to come up and ride that RZ2 wake! But I want to find myself a fast surf style board for 200lbs first.
                  Waiting for another good one!
