5 times? We got out more than that last week....and I took the boat out of the water for a day to swap out the steering cable.

I would say man up, get a drysuit and enjoy the glass but that would interfer with my agenda of having everyone (except me) off the lake by September Frankly this is my favorite time of the year. Still warm....the masses think it's time to get off the lake cause school is about to start...etc What's not to love? It was just us and one other boat on the lake yesterday evening. Far better than a week ago when there were 20+ boats out there with the nice weather.

Oh yeah...in regards to labor day. That's probably NOT the day to be on the water after 0900.

We may hit 60 hrs this year, but we've pretty much called in the dogs and p!$$ed on the fire for this season as son has gone back to college (TCU) and high school daughter running Cross Country every weekend til late Oct. We'll be lucky to get in 1 or 2 more outings.

I go out at least twice a week and sometimes 3 and I've only put 50 hours on the boat somehow. I guess its because I ride on other boats as well but it seems like I've been non-stop. The first season we put 90 hours on it and I can't recall going out as much as this year, maybe the hour meter is broke.

Same here, although I have no idea how many hours we've put on because it's not my boat's hours to watch... LOL
We have Wakeboard Wednesdays, and go out for short sessions and some surfing on Friday afternoons, Saturday and sometimes Sunday.

I have 48 hours on our boat since two weeks ago when we bought/picked it up. Lot of riding left to do still, maybe 50 more hours. The boat we traded in had maybe 10 trips on it. Work sure gets in the way. I am glad I got my prorities straight with the new boat.

We have been out easily 3-5 times a week but have only put on about 40 hours. Many of those times are just with one ski buddy and we usually get a pass each on the airchair, and do a quick slalom pass (way out of shape) and then hit the bar on the lake for some food and drinks, load the boat back on the lift and walk up the house so we dont get many hours. I bought the boat new in 2007 and just hit 160 hours, no one believes me how low the hours are becuase we are out more than anyone on the lakes.

Got the new boat in May, just rolled over 161 hours yesterday - biggest summer for us. We'll be out there until the lake freezes-hopefully we get a couple more good months. Actually thinking about buying a second set of wheels for the trailer so our rims don't get salt on them.

We have been going almost twice a week since May and hopefully ride into November as long as we do not have a winter like last year. We usually start in March but cold and busy last spring. Only 67 hours so far, but after our boarding/surfing session is over, go right to the beach to relax and hang with friends.

Almost to HOT to ride here the last few weekends, anyone else have this problem? 98-100 degrees - index 105-108 almost to hot, feels like heat exhaustion after my set and we drink an enormous about of water.

Every weekend since May 22. Hopefully well have about another 3-4 weekends left. Then it will be just a odd cruise around the lake.

here in central il we got about another good month... I have put on about 100 hrs this year and hope to put on about 10-20 more this next month but with hunting season coming our time will be greatly reduced!

Great job putting hours on the boat, I feel the same way about work getting in the way of the water. 48 hrs in 2 weeks!! That's dedication, and sounds like fun. I put 24 hrs in 3 weekends including the rained out 4th of July weekend courtesy of Hurricane Alex.

I'VE PUT 125 HOURS SO FAR THIS YEAR I'LL HAVE TO CHANGE THE OIL AGAIN BEFORE I FINISH. I HAVE A WETSUIT AND WE GOT THE HEATER. THE GOOD THING ABOUT LATE SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER IS ONLY FISHERMAN ON THE LAKE AND THEY LOOK AT YOU LIKE YOUR CRAZY.
