Anyone here from Bama?

Just curious if anyone here is familiar w/ Nelem's marine in Bama? How long have they been around, and financially how do they seem? They have a boat that I'm very interested in. I spoke w/ Robert the owner, and he seemed pretty friendly. Just don't want to waste a flight out there for nothing.

I live in Atlanta and bought our 07 22Ve from Nelems in summer of 08 and been happy with them. Robert is super to deal with and Karen really knows her stuff on Tige. Although out of the way and 3 hr drive for us, we love the boat and they have been good to deal with. They are also a Formula dealer which is another top notch boat line thats kinda high end and super quality. I owned two Formula's (purchased elsewhere) before downsizing to Tige so they must be doing something right cause Formula does not like lousy dealers. We drove over to pickup the boat at their lake place, got the check ride w Karen and came back in one day. They have a fabulous place over there too. What boat u lookin at? And Tall, well I've been holding out after I sold the 09' some time ago...mainly due to the economy. I'm thinking/hoping it's finally gonna turn around soon enough. Ive hung onto the 06 this whole time, thinking it's time to let the old girl go. Was looking at a go fast boat, but now the tow-boats are sucking me back in. LOL They have a 2010 22Ve that's caught my eye, which is weird b/c it's sooooo not my color scheme. But it's pretty sexy never the less! So Karen you did a good job ordering the red/white Ve

We are U of A grads and yes, Red/White is always a good color choice in our state.You can email my rep Mark@tige.com or call the factory about us,our local customers don't frequent this site,I guess they are busy working to pay for their boats.

I demoed the boat yesterday to a local and have another local customer with an 05 24V wanting to demo this week.

Remember I had an 09 22ve also at one point! Been looking to downsize b/c that extra 2 feet makes things a bit easier to maneuver around while on the trailer. I kind of look at that extra 2 feet as 1 less person on each side in the middle. Not that big of deal.

I just wish we could get another home and home like we did a few years ago w/ Bama. That was fun! We were treated so well by Bama fans, and their fans told us it was mutual when they were here.

I don't know about that Tanner. This QB isn't bad. Way better throwing arm then they have had for years. I am waiting to see how Urban uses him. I'm just not sold on the Urban Meyer style of coaching. He just isn't use to coaching in the SEC yet. This is smash mouth football not what he is use too. We will see.
