    tige touch questons

Can someone answer the below questions:
    1) when setting profile. Is the prcedure as follow
set speed, set ballast, set tap and then save it by names afterward. Then recall that name , all set up will automatically run?
    2) When fill up( 100%) and drain (100%) the ballast by tigetouch, it will not shut automatic. u have to watch and turn off manually.
    3) Can i control the time to fill the ballast?? I know u can do it from setup function. Can i make it faster?

I can answer #3, but I have one question! Don't take offense, but where the hell is your dealer, did you find this boat on the side of the road? The questions you seem to keep asking should be found in the owners manual or should have been discussed/pointed out by your sales person during the delivery!

#3) No, you cant make the pumps flow faster.

I can sort of relate. When I picked up my boat the dealer did take me out on the lake to demo all the features but a thunderstorm popped up and cut the lake time short. Then I was looking at a 7 hour drive home and I was just excited to get the boat back to my home lake so I forgot to ask about some of the items such as the bimini top. I had a few questions when I got home but the dealer was closed so I found some answers on searched threads but started a few threads myself. But I have to agree with chpthril, my dealer made sure to go over all the major items such as engine break-in and how to control the ballast and all the other buttons and switches.

The TigeTouch will turn off automatically. I know from other threads on this website that the max time the pumps will stay on is 10 minutes. You can go into the settings and set the time for fill and drain. Next time you are out on the water you should make sure the tanks are empty, then use a stopwatch and time how long it takes to fill each of the ballast tanks and write those numbers down. Then go into the settings menu and make the changes so you can use the automatic timer feature of TigeTouch.

If you are looking to add a new profile from scratch, normally we fill the ballast first, set taps, then get the rider out of the water. When the speed is right, hit your favorites button (star) and hit large orange "Set" to save your current speed and engage speed set. It will take the boat 30 seconds or so before it actually engages, but the set button will go green right away. Any adjustments to speed just use the up and down arrows on the keypad to the right of the touch. As long as you don't turn off your boat, you have basically built a profile to save now (so you can adjust taps, and ballast more if you want). Before turning the boat off, use the "Save as Profile button" on the SpeedSet screen and save to a blank entry.

We often times use an existing profile, and then adjust from there - then save as a new one.

What region or country are you located, and what body of water do you use your boat in?

Even if the timer is off, it should shut off at 10 minutes. If you let it run for 10 minutes will the pumps shut off? If they do shut off you just have to change the time in minutes that the pumps will run, that is why you should time how long they take to fill.

Thank you ework, I now know it is used to control the time to run the balllast pump. If I found the ballast take 5 minutes to fill up , then I should set the time at 5 or 6. Once again thank you
