I'm already nervious about you leaving. You attention to this site was my decideding factor in going with tige. i havent had a single thing happen that you didnt have an answer for. I hope i can still ask all my paranoid questions to someone like you. Congatulations and i wish you the best of luck.

I hope all goes extremely well for you MD. With the type of attitude you have towards customers I hope you are staying in the customer service industry and have great things in store for your future. Good luck and don't be a stranger to us, some of us will always need help when it comes to figuring these boats out.

Greg will be missed by all of us. I've known Greg for all of his 10 years and his knowledge is endless. We both started with Tige about the same time frame. Him at the dealership and myself at the factory. Best of luck my friend and if you ever need anything do not hesitate to call.

Thanks for all the great advice, Tige MD

Matt, if you're monitoring this, you may want to pass along how valuable it is to have someone who's worked in the field solving problems posting on this board. We're certainly not shy about expressing ourselves But, there's good marketing data in there somewhere for Tige if they choose to use it.

sorry that post was so short, i just had the flatbed towtruck pull up to take my toolbox home. i'll post some pics, it was quite a site.
as i was saying, i am leaving customer service. the job that i was able to land is a once in a lifetime opportunity that will make my little families life a alot easier. i have a 13 month old son, dylan, and i don't trust day care to raise my boy. so, with the wife at home, $ is tight. this new job will insure that she can stay at home and not have to worry about working. plus it has outstanding benefits. my round trip to work and back is going to change from 26 miles to 120 miles a day but it isn't about me anymore it's about dylan. i remember my dad working 12-14 hour days when i was a kid, i'm sure he didn't like it but he did what he had to for his boys and i will do the same.
so, leaving here and you all is with a very heavy heart. i can't say i will miss the customer service stuff, mostly because the majority of poeple out there don't appreciate it anyway. my customer service skills come straight from how "i" won't to be treated when i am in a pinch. i feel if more poeple would step back and re-think their attitude they would get alot more out of life.
oh! change of subject. i just learned yesterday that the fuel flow meters will not work on the pcm engines. i was told that they have a return fuel line that actually dumps into the tank i guess we'll have to rethink this a little.

Totally understandable. I hope things work out for you. We're homeschooling one of our boys because the school district isn't able to meet his needs.

Seriously, you oughta be working for Tige directly. It's people like you and our local dealers that make all the difference in the world. I know that whenever I have problems I get top notch support.

The boats are cool, but service does matter. That's why there are 4 Tige V drives in our small cove. It all started with mine and grew from there.

I know where you are coming from,
When my twins where 3 months I left a job that I loved and started a new job that had better benefits and a higher pay.
I have now been at this job for 15 years and have no regrets.

With out taking the new Job, I never would have met you or your crew, nor would I have known to joy of having my own Tige.

Just do what you have been doing (the way you are with people) any thing will be fine.
Good luck and hope to see you in August.
                              David
Tige, it's a way of life!
