He is trying to embed a video from Vimeo.

You Tube is easy, just wrap the embed code with the YouTube tags, not sure how to do a vimeo one though

Ok Vimeo works like You Tube, BUT...

The bbcode to embed has to be added to the board before you can embed as a user. By now most of the bigger boards have youtube but I've not seen many with viemo or others.

Might try and contact Matt to see if he can add the option for Vimeo. I have a vimeo account as well, and wouldn't mid that embed option.
