I have read all the threads about FAE and been to the website. I am convinced that it is a good idea and will get one installed on my boat soon but I have one lingering question; If FAE is so great and reduces CO2 inside the boat as well as behind it, why don't manufacturers have them installed as OEM standard equipment?

I think they work great, our 24Ve has one. But the design is a bit "custom", not refined enough for a manufacturer, I think. It would have to be more integrated, not attached to removable deck for instance, for a manuf. to get behind it.
