You boat is soooooo sweet! Great color combo and looks great on the water! Looks like all enjoyed themselves on the water...falls and all! Glad to hear that Brandon & Steve took care of you in the Texas Tige tradition!

Congrats on the new boat. Looks like a good time.

My first boat trips where to Canyon Lake when I was a kid. That lake still looks beautiful.

Sweet boat! What did you think about the wake? Got any interior pics?

Re: First wakeboarder behind your Tige. I see a 9 year old wakeboarding behind it in that pic regardless of distance ridden or time spent doing it. Stamped OFFICIAL.

Please get yourself some tie downs. The fact that you have yet to have an incident is luck. Seems like every year we see a new incident where some guy's boat is lying in the middle of the highway without it's trailer.
You'll get your chance, smart guy.

Quick question about tie downs - is there anything in particular that you suggest?

I was thinking about a ratcheting strap, but would that rub and scratch the boat/trailer while driving? What do you guys use?

I personally like the boat buckle's, they are much easier than just a ratchet strap (which works just fine too). I guess technically they aren't necessary but they are pretty cheap insurance.

Thanks for all of the compliments, and I'll probably get a set of Boat Buckles for transom tiedowns. Thanks for the advice, too!

When does the new Duramax get delivered to replace that Dodge?

First nice ride. Ilike how the blue is used to accent the boats line. Enjoy.

I used ratcheting straps which did not scratch the hull. At point where they would touch the hull we took a tube sock and cut the toes out and slid it down the strap where strap touched boat. In 4-700 mi plus trips and a bunch of 200 mile trips There were no scrathes in the gelcoat and the ratchets were nice so you did not have to remeber where you left straps. They were worth the money.

                                Nice 22Ve!

I use racheting straps on the transom, but it is probably more for peace of mind than anything else. I got some of those furry seat belt covers that velcro together at Wally World to keep them from scratching up the gelcoat.
