Lets go a level further(Inception style). Look at the third boat back. It's a Malibu! I think that was the "wait for the other tow boat to get back" chill spot -- they are piled up waiting for a ride on another boat throwing an awesome surf wake ... kinda like a really expensive pontoon boat
