Nice set of pics. Doesn't look too hard. I'm assuming the brass fitting for tapping into the water supply is included in the kit?
You'll get your chance, smart guy.

      Yep, hose clamps and all.

Would this have to be drained when the boat is winterized?

No, it drains out the bottom, just like the old one did.

Awesome! Thanks for tasking the time to post the pics. I'm all over doing this project. What was the model # of the part?

TA - All you really need to know is the diameter of your drive shaft (insert crude joke here). In our case its 1 1/8". Just call up SkiDim and tell them thats what you want. Make sure they send you the kit so you get the "T" and hose etc. (not sure if they have one without, but....)

I think sitting down to start from scratch, having all the tools/parts handy, this is probably a 1 hour project.

Great write-up. I gotta inspect mine. I thought I had upgraded to PSS, but I have a leak somewhere...now I wanna go find it and fix it.

Might want to move it to the How-To section.

Thanks, I wasn't 100% positive about the 1 1/8" diameter. I'll make sure about the kit and call them tomorrow.

I found a discount to help a little.

Enter any one of the code words,
                      CCFAN, MALIBU, USA, or CENTRALKY
in the promotional code box on your order form and that's it!
Click on the "Submit Button" just before checkout
and your 10 percent off is automatically calculated!

That would have been nice :-)
