    Calling 2004 24v and 22v Owners help

I need some help pls. I have been looking at the 2004 24v and 22V. I have see the specs on the this website on both. But I haven't been able to be in either boat personally yet. I would like to know what the actual measurement is from one end of the cockpit area to the other. There is the beam measurement but that is width of the boat, and I understand that. I am looking for the long measurement of the cockpit. For example, what is the measurement from say the middtle of the pylon to the back edge of the cup holder to the right of the glovebox. Hope this makes sense. Could someone pull out a tape measure out and see what that is for a 24v and a 22v.

I am asking because I know the 24v is longer in total length but what is the actual cockpit difference? Could someone pls help with this. I know the 24v is huge compared to the 22v but that is spread out over the entire boat.

    Hope this makes sense.
    Thanks.

The 24 is just like an old "stretch" limo......it's two feet longer in the middle. V-drive storage, bow, mid-ship storage all the same betweent the two, the 24 just has 2 more feet of seating.

Aren't the bow seating on both pretty much exactly the same...the difference is all made up in the main cabin.
      Be excellent to one another.

        Yep!

Which 2 feet doesn't seem like much, but it really adds up

K that's what I was wondering...if the additional footage was spread over the entire boat or if the storage/engine area was the same and the bow was mostly the same and the real difference was in the middle. Which from your comments, sounds like it is in the middle where the extra room is. Which is what I was hoping. I just haven't been able to step in either so I don't have a way to know for sure.

I have been in a 20v and so I know what that feels like. I know the 22v and the 24v are both wider than the 20v. Then add 2 feet more to the 24v compared to the 22v and that is some ROOM. That's what I was hoping was the case. If someone finds out or disagrees with this pls let me know. The last think I want to do is pay for a 24v and get only 6" more room in the middle compared to a 22v. Hope this makes sense.

Thank you guys very much. You are really helping me make my mind up.
