What do you mean? Did you call them or something? They're not gonna answer you on here.

I don't know what you expect from Tige though, as you have a 9+ year old boat.

yeah I called Tige... I expect them to know a way to fix a problem... some type of solution... not very good business to kick ur customers to the curb who can't drop the money on a brand new boat

Not to be a ****. But there is a solution and will work 100% of the time.... buy the new assembly! It's a B.O.A.T. man, BREAK OUT ANOTHER THOUSAND. You should be used to that by now.

This isn't Tige, it's Teleflex. Yell at them.

Not quite sure what part is stripped exactly, and exactly your looking at inside the knob...but you could always try a helicoil I guess. If there's metal inside that is.

Can you post picks of the knob, and the part that is messed up, maybe we can come up with a fix, take several shots from multible angles.

if the knob is striped off of the handle, could you just JB weld it back on?

well i could but then what happens if it breaks again and I need to take it off? Then the knob will completely fall apart and I will have jb weld on the ever shaft...

Sorry I have been away from the computer, I am jsut dealing with a loose Knob. My Taps switch still works, we just try and be careful so we do not spin the knob and break the wires. I sure wish Tige would have found that spare knob when I called them last summer with the problem. Your lucky day.
