We have wakedesign racks, I think the bungee part is similar to yours (ones I saw on google) and when ours broke we just made new ones. Buy some UV proof bungee, got mine locally, and cut it to length, use the old end piece(or duplicate the loop, donno how yours are)

Basically remake them exactly, and use some heat shrink over the end, cant even tell we made ours.

Hope those discriptions actually helped haha.

I bought black bungee cords from Autozone and cut them, threaded them through the hooks and tied a small knot in the part behind the plate. Cost $1.99 and look great.
Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

I made my own for one that broke on my Phat Budde tower. McFadden-Dale Hardware (locations around So Cal) has spools of black bungee of different diameters that you can cut to whatever length you want. Good luck.

It's hard to tell from the pic, but it looks like your bungee is just regular round 1/4" black bungee.
Those racks look similar to ours.
I got 25 ft of it from an ebay auction ($10.50) and change it when it starts looking frayed.
Definitely keep a spare in the boat.
Ours takes about 5 ft per rack.
