Wake the World Texas was a Success!

Hi Everyone,

Wake the World Texas was on Monday and was a huge success! We had 35 kids and 10 boats came out for the day. We had about 50 total volunteers including staff from the children's home that volunteered to come out. We had several kids that got up on Wakeboards on the first or seconds try. We had kids tube, kneeboard and even several did some wakesurfing.

I just got back from Wake the World Texas. It was another incredible day on the water with the kids. They served Texas Bar B Que for supper, it was awesome! There were 10 boats for 35 kids, so there was plenty of water time for everyone. On our boat (Torsten's Tige), we had 4 kids, Gregory, Edgar Selina and Isabella. The girls got up on the wakeboard on the first try, Edgar got up on the second try. Everybody tubed and kneeboarded.

It was great to meet Torsten. A great guy with a big heart!
