What speed are you going with your wave? and what weight are you running? Taps?

I added extra valves on the port and starboard fill lines to keep the water from equalizing with the unfilled sack, so thats another valve i need to open/close when filling.
Lines run from the scoop under the boat past a valve and then to 3 pumps, one for the front sacs, one for the port and one for the starboard sacs. then those are the fill lines. about a foot before the fill attatchment there is another valve that I explained up there and there are some pictures up there. To drain there is a pump for each sac that drains to a vent.

From there, there are lots of different configurations. For the aerator pumps, you can use a common manifold to feed all the fill pumps or a dedicated thru-hull for each fill pump (my new favorite way ). Again, both have their pros and cons, so each boat and install may differ. Same for the impeller pump, you can run a dedicated thru-hull for each or a common for all.
You can even do single pump for multiple sacs. For a strictly wakeboard setup, this is an inexpensive and simple but effective means to fill ballast. Down side, it's slow.
The thru-hull(s) can be located in either the bottom or the transom. Down side to the transom is that you cant fill on the fly.
For thru-hulls, i'm a shroom kinda guy Ok, not those kind I'm talking a mushroom thru-hull instead of a scoop. In the forward facing direction, a scoop will force feed the pumps and the sacs will fill when the boat is on plane. For this, a gate valve of some type is needed to shut off the flow. The electric one tend to fail after a season or two, and if a manual ball-valve is used......well, that's not much of an automated system if you have to open and close a valve in the bilge each time you want to use the ballast.
Some guys will recommend that you turn the scoop backwards. This will somewhat work with the reversible pumps, as they are self priming, but not for the aerator type pumps. The down side of the scoop turned backwards, is it can draw a vacuum on the system and actually suck the water out of the sacs while on plane. This results in you having to continuously top off the sacs.
The shrooms will allow for filling on the fly without unwanted filling as well as not creating the suction effect.
As mentioned above, using the aerator pumps requires the use of a dedicated drain pump for each sac. This is because they are NOT self priming and need to be right at the water source.
Since the impeller pumps are reversible, only a single pump is needed for each sac. It will fill and empty with just a flip of the switch. It can be as simple as pushing the water right back out the bottom of the boat, or a bit more involve to where it pumps out the side of the boat. I prefer this method as it lest you know the sac is done draining when the water flow slows to a trickle. These pump are built with run-dry protection, but every minute that pump runs with know water, the life of the impeller is shortened. And there again, if you have to open up all the storage lockers to watch the sacs empty......how automated is that
