    Supra at the Island

At Blareny's Island they do an in water boat showing for one dealer every week during the boat drags. This Thursday a dealer had a Supra 21V. The interior seemed absolutely enormous. Somehow it totally dwarfed my 20'. The interior though was less than impresive. I could see the edges of carpeting, the seams didn't line up real tight in places, and the finish was not good. I thought Supra was a really nice brand? I would rate the finish work on that particular boat as pretty poor. I would even say the V-Ride by Malibu was a little better (and I've ragged on them here before).
The manual controls for everything is a killer idea though, so if the touch dash (forget thier name for it) goes out then everything can still be ran.
Overall-not impressed at all. Maybe that was just a bad example?

here's a link to the bars reality show sneak-peek. It's a cool place.

Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

The TigeTouch also has backup manual switches under the helm for all critical functions, plus ballast I think.

That is why I bought a Tige. I shopped at boat shows for 2 years straight and being able to get in and out of boats, look and touch all the brands in a matter of hours, instead of months of weekends driving to each dealer does wonders. When you get in a Tige and then walk over to the Supra, you just know Tige is better quality when looking and walking around each boat. You also get to know the attitude and acceptance from each dealers sales staff as well.
