    (New Owner) My New RZ2

I finally recieved my RZ2 after about 5 weeks. It would have been 4 but bad weather got in the way of me picking it up.

So far everything is great except I keep hearing a popping sound when a rider is behind the boat. I am pretty sure it is coming from the rope attachment point where the dome light/rope attachment point teeters.
I will get with my dealer this week and see what they have to say. They were great to deal with by the way.

Very nice, welcome, I'm relatively new to this site as well. I'm on Lake Amistad, not sure how far you are from Del Rio but if you ever come this way send me a PM, I'll show you our "local" hideaways. No matter how rough the lake is there is always glass to be found.

        Sharp looking ride and welcome!

Are those wheels an upgrade on the trailer? I have seen them on a number of RZ2 trailers and just curious.

          Nice looking RZ2.

To check if there is an issue like you are saying, you can test it out on dry land. Put the rope on the tower and pull on it from the same distance a rider would be. Make sure there is someone in the boat to hear if the same pop happens. My bet is the tower light area is moving around and not completely able to lock tight.

            Thanks for the comments.
The wheels are an upgrade offered.
They are made by Gear Alloy. (Model GA715mb)
I only know the exact model because I am getting them on my red Tundra so everything matches......
