    tower lights?

ok so i want some lights for my tower but i just cant justify spending several hundred dollars on a light bar. so my question is couldnt i just buy a couple of these and bolt them straight onto the tower?

yea, but i would be hesitant to drill into the tower.
Maybe mount them to the a clam and then to the tower?

You wont be able to move those at all. When we use ours we end up moving them quite a bit, aim them for surfing or for docking or to light up the bow.

There is no reason those wouldn't work however i would suggest fabricating some sort of bar to mount them on and clamp it to the tower. I don't think it would be wise to drill holes in the tower due to the amount of stress they endure while towing a rider.

ok well should i run the wires through the tower or just zip tie them to the sides. ive seen both ways done but which would be best?

Definitely through the tower. Use the same holes the tower speakers use (assuming you have them)

with only 2 terminals, that looks more like a breaker then a relay.

Ground the light at a ground BUSS (junction) or at the battery.

If you have an unused ACC switch, it probably has power to it. If so, then all you need to do is connect to the switched side with a fused lead to the lights.
