That looks like a jet boat, they don't steer at all unless it's in forward or reverse. That is good stuff!

I think I know that ramp, put in there a few times. It's at Lake Anna, VA

That is a Yamaha Exciter and they only steer when there is water running through the jets. I owned one for 10 years and it take a few times to get good at loading them.

If there is a cross current or strong wind it is even harder yet. But this guy is obviously new on the boat, you can't help but chuckle watching it... makes me want to jump out and give him a lesson on loading a jet boat.
