When driving, I usually cannot hear the (ToP) stereo as well as others because I am not down in the cabin, up in the bow, or behind the tower (all of which have great coverage).

If I had an open channel, I would pop a speaker up near me on our 09 RZ2.
Been located there since around 04 or 05 when the boat gets the Premium Sound System (3rd pair of in-boats, sub and amp) upgrade at the factory. The only down side is that the back of the speaker shares the same space as the back of the sub. This can actually effect the sound quality of that speaker. A $2 baffle cures this.

Looking good! Those pics really give you a feel for how big and deep of a boat that is. Pretty cool

I had my boat out for the first time this weekend and it is a much bigger boat than it looks like sitting on the trailer. It was a little rough as well but the TAPS helps adjust the bow to just the right angle to handle the waves and chop. Hurricane Alex dumped a LOT of rain here and Lake Amistad rose 16.5' in 36 hours. Lake Amistad is a HUGE lake, it takes a lot of rain to fill it up that much.

Newboatitis is a viral disease that spreads very quickly, driving some people to good decisions, other to poor decisions. My last boat was 17 years old so this boat was a long time coming.

The interior is frost with pacific blue accent, I'll post some pictures when I get some good weather to take them.

Fifth picture down has a shoe print. They don't seem to be wearing special shoes for this. I wonder if they check their shoes to see if they have rocks embedded before they jump into a boat.

Looking good though. windshield is in and they are probably 2 weeks behind schedule because of all the pictures that have been taken.

Not to mention that the constant camera flash is now beginning to fade the gelcoat.

Lookin' great, ragboy! Love watching the whole build process

Do they send pics for every new build?
Also, I love that shadow effect outside of the navy on the side....will there be graphics too?

Last pic above ... I have never seen an RZ2 with a starboard locker lid mounted straight. Good luck with your Actually, the gap on mine towards the front worked out well -- I feed an extension cord through at that point to go into my onboard battery tender.

I think the RZ2 needs cutouts in the bow seating for cup holders -- my bow cushion is always in, which covers the cup holders. Some riders will slide the cushion up and out a bit to squeeze drinks in.

If you do not already have one, a must have accessory is a Tige soft side cooler -- fits perfect under the bow cushion.

Ragboy, perhaps you could use your swing to get us some detailed pics of the Alpha Z tower mount! I think there is a high level of interest.

Oh yeah, those interior colors look sharp! That is going to be one good looking vessel

Has anyone else noticed the various different colors of Alpha Z towers in the backgound. I have seen red and now a yellow one in the last pic.

I spy a yellow alpha Z! That black and blue rz looks good in the backround also.
I'm on a boat man. I got my flippy floppies....
