I have hot water coming out of my driver side heater vent? Switch is in the off position. Any Idea how to stop this hot water from coming out on my feet while I am driving the boat?

Pull the heater assembly out, pull the heater core 9the small radiator looking thing that the hoses connect to) and install new core.

Is there any danger running my boat in this condition? I do not have any over heating or anything like that.

You can buy a hose splice at the auto parts or hardware store and splice the hose ends together. In a sense, you are bypassing the core, so the hot water is just returned right back to the engine.
