Seriously, check the RCA connections on the back of the head-unit. Did you swap the left and right chnls, or just unplug and replug? Swap them and see if the problem stays on the left or moves to the right.

If you face the opposite direction and the left speakers still don't work, I recommend a hearing test.
If the RCA cables are in correct, and the balance is correct. Try changing the left and right RCA cables at various points to identify if it is the head unit or amplifier.
