Went out on Saturday to a little place called Lake Webb in Bakersfield. Had never been there before, but the people I was taking out said they had gone in the past and enjoyed it. I should have considered their limited experience when considering the lake suggestion. That place was a mad house!! I am amazed that someone doesn't die at that lake every day. I have never seen so many boats all pulling skiers/boarders/tubers in such a small place. The shore facilities are great, but being on the water was just taking your life in your hands.
Anyway, on the way out to the lake I had a trailer tire blow up, then at the end of the day I wrapped my anchor line around my prop shaft. I also had a handful of other minor problems.
I just did a bunch of maintenence and expected this to be a worry free day, but boy was I wrong!
