    Boating bag

Do you guys use a bag for all your safety stuff? I have seen one years ago and can't remember where or even who makes one. I am talking about a bag/box complete with all the basic safety things needed for use on the waters.

    Thanks

I was at bass pro shops in san Antonio this weekend and they sell lifejackets in a bag, 4 USCGA horse chollar style for ~30 bucks or cheap vest style for 50 bucks. They also have first aid kits in waterproof boxes and signal flares as well in boxes. Throw in a fire extinguisher (which should be mounted in your boat anyway) and a throwable cusion and that should do it. Get a cheap duffle bad from bass pro or academy sports (mesh is nice) and you got yourself a safetly gear kit.

I have more USCGA vests in my boat but I have a few comp vests that are not so I picked up the 4 pack to be totally legal if some friends bring their comp vests along as well.

You can get something like this.

But as Ewok mentioned most people like picking and choosing what they want in their boat.
