Lucky 275 - I was at Lee's place this past weekend and got a good look at your ride, very sweet!!! The anodized tower looks really nice, much better than the clear powder coat on my 2004 tower. How come you decided on a black trailer??

what about the new glove box, tower uprights, graphics... paint? I see yours is all white, but I'm really curious about the paint scheme on the 22v.

Ruune - From what I could tell, not much has changed on Lucky275's 2006 22V and my 2004 22V with the exception of the new seating introduced on the 2005 models.

Black Trailer

I went with the black trailer because I didnt think the they would be able to match it up perfectly if I went white. Plus the dash, piping and Bimini are all black, as well as the mounting case for the NVS addictions.

Sweet ride Lucky. The all white looks killer. Is that silver anodized? It looks like regular brushed in the pictures. I'm sure it looks different in person. But anyways, congrats!

hm... I was told by my dealer that the '06s had the new glove box, tower, graphics, and gelcoat striping. Not to sound negative or anything, but I dont see anything on that boat that differentiates it from an '05, although it is a very nice boat!

When you make the boat all white you will not see gelcoat lines.

The pics I posted in the gallery of our 05 do not show real good but they offered the anodized tower for an extra $600 and we got it. I will post more pics when I get the NVS Addictions mounted. I received ONE of the pair today.

The all white is a sweet choice. You dont see too many Tiges that color, I think it stands out of the wakeboard boat crowd.

Tower

I think that the tower is brushed, but then they dip it in an acid bath and it makes a coating to protect it. I like it alot better than a straight powdercoat finish. I won't chip the finish when I put up or fold the tower down.

dabchr how long have you been waiting on your speakers? Duane told me it would take about 12 days to ship them. Nice 20V, by the way.

NVS addictions

I ordered my addictions from wakeside July 8. I got a call from Duane today. They went out today. I can't wait.

I personally like a tower with some straight crossmembers. The tower in the picture looks like all curved bars. How do you mount something to it? You might notice the Addictions for the illusion tower cost hundreds more. Is that what future Tige owners will have to pay to get stuff that fits?

Did they figure out how to hold the compartment door under the glove box shut? I noticed it looks identical to my 05. I never put any papers in there, but it's irritating to have that open any time I go at highway speeds. Am I the only one with that problem? I tried putting wakeboards or stuff on the seat to block the door shut, but it always seems to fall off onto the floor and the door is open again.
