So we've been looking into getting some of the SS docking lights that are options on newer tiges, Ive searched on here through some of the older threads and have found lots of great info, Except where to get them from! I dont plan on using them for night driving, but my marina moved me to new docks with poor lighting, So I'd like to get some to mount below the rubrail for docking purposes only. If anyone has any ideas on where to get some or other ideas im open.

I have tower lights. 2 55 watt front and 2 55watt rear. They are good to light up the boat when unloading at night and they help with loading on trailer and docking but that is about it. One thing we found out is they really are great at attracting Mayflies at night. They are not good to attempt to drive with them on since they kill night vision. If I were to do it again I would just put front ones on. the rear ones help lite up the interior but I have a high power hand spot that works as well.

I've learned that the docking lights are just that, for docking. They seemed to be useless at first, but the more I've used mine, esp at new marina's when I use that marina for the first time at night. When light levels are low or nil, they are useful when you are close to the dock. I'm glad that I have them for times just like that. I like boating at night and I have found that they are very useful for finding bouys and channel markers. Most have reflective bands on them and the docking lights have proven to be valuable in locating them to help navigate my direction. They work pretty good at that, from a pretty good distance, as does my good hand held spot.
Try this link, these look identical to what are installed on my Ve.

Use the first link! LOLBeing a major OU fan and a staunch conservative.... I am perpetually vexed w/ the conundrum of who to hate more. Obama or the Univ. of Saxet.

My docking lights did little so I replaced them with 3 watt Blue LED (MR11's) and made them for show instead of funtion.
