Wanna take a minute to thank Dom Forte and Forte's Inboard Connection

I wanna take a minute to thank Dom Forte at Forte's Inboard Connection. He's taken time out of his day to help a local dealer here who was a little lost on some electronic issues on my boat. To be fair, I had hit a road-block too, which is why it was at the dealer in the first place. My original dealer is no more, so I've tried one of the "new" local dealers for some service work to try and forge a new relationship. Well like I said, Dom took the time to walk their tech through diagnosing and repairing this problem, after a call from them to him at my urging.

If I were in FL I would def. be buying my next Tige or BU from him, due to the service and knowledge he provides. Hell, may even just make the drive to FL to make my next purchase when the economy turns around.

    So thank you DOM!

That's good to hear! Seems like a lot of Tige dealers are either going belly up or dropping Tige (or vice versa)....

Could not agree more. The staff as well as Dom are all incredible knowledgeable people that truly care about their customers and just happen to sell stuff and service along the way. Myself and another guy that live withing minutes of other dealers and service centers both make the longer drive to have things done at Forte's. Neither of us own product sold there. Dom his boys and Kevin are always good to answer emails phone calls on any questions. I often just stop in to see whats new and no matter how busy they are they never make you feel like your in their way bothering them. They always take their time to show you new stuff or just shoot the shiat. They will have all my service and if I ever buy a new boat it will be from them

Helmut - Loving it dude! This past weekend has been the only weekend we haven't had it out. That was only due to the fact that Air Tran wouldn't let me check it as extra baggage to NY. The bimini extension was the last thing I added to my order before Tony sent it off to Tige, best decision I made on that one! You know how that extra bit of shade can come in handy on a hot day around here.

Dom and Kevin did my 20 (actually called it 26) hour service 2 weeks back. They took care of a few things for me that needed some extra attention, and was glad to see when I went to pick it up, it was on the house! I need to post pics of how they fixed the seat above the cooler from popping off, great fix there! I will get some up this weekend.

FIC is the poster child for Tige, they truly "get it". Both Dom and KKO have helped me personally as well as added tons of great info to this forum

Pretty much what I thought it was.... with the help of DOM, the dealer was able to determine it was my potentiometer that went out!

Cheap enough part! Better than buying a whole new shifter assembly!

Dom, Tony and Kevin all walk on water IMO.

Although not a frequent poster here, I would also like to thank Dom for his recent help in diagnosing my potentiometer problem. After running in circles for far too long, the clarity to resolve this issue was hugely appreciated. I will certainly be calling them in the future to direct any of my business their way that I can.

                        Muchas gracias.

Another big vote for Forte's. Buying my 24Ve from them was the best vehicle purchase of my life. Absolutely top notch folks. I just wish I could convince them to move 2800 miles to be closer to me!

I'm not the most knowledgeable boat guy out there, but the info that guys like Dom (and others on this forum) provide have given me the confidence to tackle a lot more DIY projects than I thought I would.

                            Thanks all!
