If the present mirror mounts to bracket with a screw and plastic nut then this may work. It is a great mirror but you may find it cheaper threw West Marine or Overtons. The three lens's are great. Even when cruising they are good to find the dude in your blind spot passing you on the wrong side.

Only thing I don't like on Samson Razor is it sits to close to the top of windshield. My better half likes to drive looking over windshield and getting her to change is hard.

Completely different setup for the Tige Alhpa Z. It's more about the arm then then the mirror itself.

funny you say that i just shot them a email. but i was thinking it might fit where the tower has the openings right by the light..

The problem is that the Alpha Z tower turns back toward the stern at the tower lights, whereas the Illusion keeps coming over the windshield. For this to work on the Alpha Z it would need a crazy long arm. Trust me, I wish it did. The crappy mirror mount they gave me with the boat is giving me fits trying not to grind off all the chrome on my windshield frame.

I'm sure it wont be cheap but I have seen in person Tige's review Camera. I think its available now or will be soon.

X2...I asked Samson last year as well for mine...and it doesn't fit. I as well would like a better alternative to the windshield mount mirror. I love the Alpha Z tower, but I wish there were more aftermarket accessories for it...
