    WHAT THE HELL ? TIGE CRAPS ON FLORIDA TIGE / ATX OWNERS

    I am in Central Florida and I have purchased 3 Tiges and 1 ATX 2022 22s. 1st Tige purchased Brand new 2015 R20, followed by 2 used Tiges and in 4/2022 a New ATX 22s Shadow edition purchased from Marine Max Orlando (Horrible experience with Steve and Service Department, Justin at Tigé had to lend some help).

    ATX now has 46 hours since I have been renovating my house and prepping lake house for sale, the ATX spent 3 years covered with manufacturer cover and in a boat house when not in use the past 3 years. Beginning of March 2025 touch screen is delaminating and the ATS 22S Badges on port and starboard flanks are peeling off. In 3/2025 I have sent e mails, texts and phone messages to Justin Herring @ Tige and Ben Hipps at Land o Lakes Marine dealer in Florida with no return correspondence of any type what so ever.

    Multiple phone messages to both but neither answer phone - straight to voice mail. Tige site shows Land o Lakes Marine is a Tige / ATX dealer.
    Today I was able to make contact with Land o Lakes (stated he was not BEN, but did state they are not a Tige dealership anymore and would have to check to see if they can even service or perform warranty work). What the absolute F&%k !!!

    No Florida Tige / ATX dealers and no communication from Tige.

    As many of you may know, Tige just terminated almost 30% of its workforce to restructure and focus primarily the $200,000.00 and above Ultre ZX line. This was in many local news feeds as well.

    So now they just CRAP ON and GHOST those customers who helped them to attain their notoriety in the Wakesurf WakeBoard world. They used to boast fun for the whole family and we listen an improve on what our customers feedback.

    Now I have a product with defects with no backing from manufacturer or dealership for service or repair. This is listening to the customer...Family Fun ??

    I can see why MasterCraft and Nautique is so prevalent in Florida. This is the type of support Florida Tige owners can expect? Is this a Charlie Pigeon, Matt Garcia or Daniel Gutierrez Marketing Plan?
