2020 R23 steering cable replacement

My R23 steering is virtually impossible to turn. How easy is it to change the steering cable on these? nearest dealer is 3 hours away or i would take it in. Would you take it to a Malibu dealer if that's the only dealer around instead of changing it yourself?

Malibu dealer would be just fine. A steering cable is a pretty generic job just takes a bit of time.
