    Tige parts and terrible Tige help

    SoI have a 2013 Tige R20. I needed a new speedometer and called medallion got the part number and the Tige part number. They said they still make it and it can still be ordered. I asked about the other three and they said yes they still make them but would be helpful if Tige had their part number as well as there an older item.

    Sent the below info to Tige and they came back they do not know the Tige part number for my gauges that I do not have and none are available to be order as medallion doesn’t make them.

    Oh really I just called them and they said I could order all of them and Tige should have the exact Tige part number for the other three gauges.

    The Tige rep called the Tige factory but they just use the gauge numbers. Why are these factory people so lazy!!! They can find these number somewhere and if not shane on them. Then the rep said Medallion told him they don’t make them. But they do.

    Can anyone direct me to anyone at Tige who might take the time for me to get the parts I need. I am thinking of ordering an entire new set which would probably be about $2k . This Tige Rep said order after market parts which would be great if I could find any gauges that would work like the original which so far I can’t.

    Can anyone help me get the Tige part number or someone who might take the time to get me my gauges. I will leave this Tige dealership to myself as well as the rep.

        I talk to Tige dealership who called the factory who told the dealership to just use the gauge numbers I gave them. I just called Medallion again today who said they are all available and not sure Tiges problem. I should not have to work this hard to order 2k of gauges. I am trying to get them ordered some for me

          I have had very good luck talking directly with the factory regarding my 2003 tige, cutting out the middleman

            Wish Tige would open up a historical database so that we as the owners could access it with an AI bot. We don’t need much. Just 100% accurate response for technical information.
