Ballast drain open circuit error, wont drain

where are the wires and possibly fuses for the ballasts? I have an intermittent issue with my port bow pump not draining and its giving open current error on the PDM diagnostics. If i fiddle with some wires under the dash it will work again but not sure what's going on under there.

An intermittent issue will rule out a fuse. Could be a poor splice or loose connector pin back near the pump.

chpthril pump wires all seem good and i couldn't find any connectors unless they're tucked into the conduit tubing. That's why I was wondering there more connections should be.

Pictured here is the one loose wire under the dash. I need to figure out how to tighten it. And my 4 pumps, not sure if there’s separate pumps for draining, that would be in the bow and not easily accessible. These pumps have no connectors.

I tightened that wire and it's still throwing PDM open circuit for both bow drains. But they both make noise like they're working. I had another similar problem last week with a stern ballast not filling, but the pump was making noise and running. This one did not make the PDM show open circuit. I'm kinda at a loss here idk what's going on. So far every time this happens they eventually just start working again but I'm worried I'm going to get stuck with full bags one time.

Those pumps have a about a 24" brown and black wires so there is a splice or connector somewhere. FYI, those pumps in the bilge pictured are the fill pumps, not the drain pumps.

are the front seats on permanently? Is the only front bag access through the tiny panels under the dash and spotter seat? I already poked in there when I got the boat to make sure bags didn’t leak and seems like a nightmare to work on without better access
