2006 24ve vs 2008 ve what should I get?

I have the option to get a 2006 or 2008 24 ve

Both about the same hours

What one would be better the 2008 is 6k cheaper than the 2006.

The 2006 has built in factory balist

2008 doesnt i believe

What one is a better boat overall

Any input hopefully I can get an answer to ight I am buying tomorrow

Please lmk this is my first buy boat.

Blue is 2008
