    20i wake surf setup's

    Hi,

I'm messing about at the minute with my 2001 tige 20i with wake surfing to try and get the best wake possible out of my boat.
I know there is alot of knowledge on here in regards to the older boats like mine and what you can get them to do.

Any advice would be much appreciated. Wake shaper? How much weight and were? Speed etc.

    Thanks
    Jonny

The 20i will be tough to surf behind, but it can be done. You will want to load it with as much weight as possible, keeping the rub rail above the water of course. We had a 2004 22i and had to slam it to get anything even resembling a surf wave. As for the shaper, there are many different brands. I have found what works great on one model boat doesn't exactly work great on another. I know a few with the older model boats have raved about the Mission Delta, while others with newer boats swear on the Liquid Force Mega. Good luck with your efforts.
