22VE Low speed warning light and throttle power cut

    Hi all,

Having an interesting issue with my 2006 22Ve. When docking/trailer or in and out of gear often at lower speeds I get a warning light and a solid sound/cuts all power. This can be combated by quickly turning off/on and it goes away. Does not happen at any speeds higher than clicked into gear and out. It happened maybe 2-3 times yesterday on the water. Iv done some research and it seems this points to the V drive oil/temp sensor. I see it's normal to operation for the red warning light to be on at 1000rpms or below when the v drive has low pressure. My issue is the slow rolling in and out will cause it to lose power completely. As you can imagine when pulling onto the trailer/dock this can be an issue

Has anyone else had this issue before? I can think of it being anything drastic maybe even a drive-by-wire issue at the throttle rather than V drive sensors.

    Any insight or experience helps!

    Thanks!

Quick update: Went out today this has turned into every time I go from gear to neutral it clicks in a warning sound, and I have to -restart and it's fine. I'm starting to think this is a throttle issue.
