2005 22v Height with Tower?

Hi -
we have a buyer for our 2005 22v but need to know the height of the tower to make sure it will fit in their boat house. The boat is 2.5 hours away from us right now and wondered if anyone has a way of helping me figure out approximately how tall it is at the water line . Here is a photo and thank you for any help!

It's tall. I never measured from the water line to the top of the tower, but on the trailer it measured 12 and half feet

Ask the seller to measure the height of the boat on the trailer and the height of the swim grid. But roughly 11ft on the trailer minus draft and prop clearance. So roughly 11’-3’ would be 8’.
