Why would you consider the CC over your 22v Tige? I ask b/c I've been evaluating a Tige for some time now...and am just waiting for our little girl to grow a little older before pulling the trigger.
I have spent more time skiing lately (My roots). Also I can't just go with I drive for family reasons so I want a crossover boat and I think The Nautique SV 211 is the best one I have been behind. Including the The Tige 20V. IMHO
I love my 22v but I want some more suited for both worlds.
For me it would be the RZ2 I love the new styling and performance, Ive been in and behind the SV211 , its to sluggish on power, fought rudder stall and the wake for me in slalom wasnt as good , it was peaky and harsh, I run at 15 off and the RZ had a mellow rounded wake with taps at 2.
But everybodys different thats why theres a varity.
Thanks for the input Dom .Never skied behind the RZ 2 Never thought of it as a crossover. I guess I need to hit up EKS and ski behind his RZ2. How about Ed ?
That is if the water is warm enough for ya yet.
I would get an RZ4 and sack it out Tons of weight and a monster surf wave, 2 surf racks, more tower speakers, more tower lights, underwater LED, snap in carpet. It would basically be a surfing animal.
You know, I get a great deal on the Samson, but I am going to keep the alpha Z, it has grown on me. Now I know you are taller than me, I am 6'2", but talking to danny, I believe that is an issue that may be addressed in the near future. I have no idea when.
The alpha z is incredibly solid and the integration of the lights and stuff, and flip over anchorlite, etc, etc. Even the looks, especially with the bimini, which was super simple, it has grown on me.
Z1 is a good choice, you can ski and get a great surf wake. I came from a CC direct drive and skied the course but found I would not ski the course enough and would do everything else. More people in the boat these days and like the extra room. You can still free ski with it also.
