2000 21v. Oil temp seems to be running abut 350 -400 where 200 is in the middle and 500 is max. Will go down when at idle or coming off throttle. Is this a normal operating temp. Engine temp is good. Just concerned with oil temp. Any advise ?

How are you measuring this? That is way high.

These boats don't come with an oil temp gauge so please elaborate. Is it engine oil or transmission oil and are you sure of the answer you're going to provide (did you check where the sending unit is located)?Fixing everyone elses boat just so I can use mine...Comment
