I have the push button start (‘21 Z3) and a couple times today I went to start engine (light was green) and pushed start and nothing. Thought maybe in gear. Nope. Cycled
power at the helm and then at batt switch. Still nothing. No active faults. Bizarre thing was light went from green to blue like it had started. Starter did not engage when pressing start. Let it sit for a minute after pressing stop (light turned from blue back to green). Scratched my head for about 5 minutes, tried again and fired up like normal. Any thoughts on possible causes? Loose wires somewhere?
