Cmomparison between 23ZX and 21ZX

I'm looking at a couple of used Tige boats and need info to help make my decision. I had a 2016 RZX and my friends and family primarily used the boat for wake surfing. So, I'm looking for the boat with the best wave and have narrowed my search down to 2 Boats. A 21ZX vs 23ZX Which boat produces a better wave and is the 2 foot difference in length noticeable with 10 or less people on boat. There are two 21ZX I'm considering and one is a 2020 and the other is a 2021. Differences in the two models is the 2020 has a 400 HP vs the 2021 has the 440HP with differences also in the trim tabs. Any info on these boats would be appreciated. The price difference is around 30K so Im leaning towards the 21ZX. PB

Both surf decently but coming from a 23ft boat I would find it hard to step down to a 21ft. The 400 in the 21 is plenty you will have more power than with your 16 as you get the 2:1 trans.
