Bluetooth connection issues 2018 7inch murphy

Hi forum, Recently started experiencing bluetooth issues on my 2018 R23 with 7" murphy screen. Basically cannot delete any old phones or add my new Google pixel. Previously was occasionally finicky, but was always eventually able to get phones paired. Supposedly software is updated by dlr, so can't think of what it might be, maybe new Bluetooth protocols? Anyways throwing this one out there to see if there's any community knowledge to solve this one. TIA!

Same problem on my 2019 R20. Not sure what to do.

Get dealer to update touch screen re install software and it will reset everything.
