Just wondering if anyone is using their rear board storage on their RXZ as a cooler and some extra ballast from the ice? I know that is not the intended purpose and there is the access cover there, but curious on others thoughts.

Haven’t tried, but have thought about it. The ice likely won’t last a crazy amount of time, as it doesn’t seal tight at the lid, there’s no insulation, and the heat from the motor is right there. Are you just going to let it drain into the bilge slowly, or try to scoop it out at the end of the day? Let me know how it works, I may copy you if it works ok.
