Do not buy anyting from www.hifisoundconnection.com. I ordered a set of Kicker KM6500.2 on March 23, 2010. They said they were in stock and would ship same day. A week later I checked and they hadn't shipped. After two days of try to get through i final was told the speakers they had were damaged and it would be two more weeks. Three weeks later no speakers, so i call and after the 15th try i got through and they said another week or two. Two weeks later no speakers. So i call and was told they were giving me a refund. A week later no refund so i called back and they told me they would do it today (last friday). I used pay pal and they only cover claims within 45 days. So I disputed it with my CC, and reported them to Kicker and the IC3. Just wanted to warn everyone

Called chptrl first, but couldn't get time until may and Hifisoundconnection said they were in stock. No boat now, but will get them from Mike when i work that out.

Hmm, I have bought misc. stuff from their Ebay store and had no trouble at all. Guess I got lucky. I won't use them in the future though, NO reason for that stuff.
