Raising Tower with dead batteries.

I sure I can find this in the manual but thought this might be faster.

If you have a battery booster pack put it directly on the battery cables. Or could just jump it.

Tried that and it didn’t work.

Make sure battery switch is on combine.
But to lower manually on the back of the tower base pop the chrome off and there is another cover you must take off. Behind that you can there is an Allen head you turn on each side to lower the tower.

Should the jumper be on they house or cranking battery?

On the house but shouldn’t matter too much. Completely remove the cables from the dead batteries or the power will likely just go into charging the battery.

I've always just used the battery jump pack as well, not sure why you couldn't get it to work.
