    Parker, AZ - Colorado River 5/22

    Little video from this past weekend at the Colorado River in Parker. Windy weekend, but the wind didn't start acting up till about 9AM. Got out at 5AM both mornings and got some nice glass. I only got one set in because I stepped on a piece of broken glass in the river and sliced my big tow open.


    PS. The look on my face while riding is pure hangover. I felt awful, but loved the smoothest water I've since the Mead Reunion in 2008.

    Water was like a mirror. And it was very clear too. Could see the bottom while riding.

    You should come out & ride with us on our part of the Colorado River up past Needles. Its butter like that almost all the time if the wind cooperates.

        I will take you up on any offer to ride up at Needles. Have always wanted to get there. We are tired of riding at the local lakes. Never get good water. Was out this morning and there already 10+ boats on the water at 8AM on a Wednesday.

        I really like the Company Recruit. It is great transition board into the flex board world. I switch between that and my Witness board with no problems at all. Once I get the 2010 Recruit in a 143, I will be on that all the time.

        Vandall board is pretty sweet. Been trying to get a Nicola board down hear in Phoenix for some girls to ride, but I am sure you know how hard it is to get your hands on one of those.

          Anytime...We can try & coordinate something. We will be out this weekend, but its probably not the best being Memorial day and all.
